Deliverables, exclusions, revision limits and payment milestones are stated in the project proposal.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.

Intellectual property arrangements for each engagement are defined in the project agreement.

Website content, branding and logos remain the property of the company.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
